Leeftijd, identiteit en administratie
Voorwaarde voor commerciële publicatie op TSChristineXXX is dat iedere persoon die in adult content in beeld komt op het moment van opname minimaal achttien (18) jaar oud is. De vereiste documentatie over leeftijd, identiteit, toestemming en registratie moet beschikbaar zijn vóórdat een productie commercieel wordt aangeboden, inclusief de administratie die op grond van 18 U.S.C. § 2257 en/of § 2257A vereist is waar die bepalingen van toepassing zijn.
Een productie waarvan de vereiste documentatie niet kan worden aangetoond, wordt niet commercieel aangeboden via TSChristineXXX zolang dat documentatieprobleem niet is opgelost.

As a condition for commercial publication on TSChristineXXX, every person appearing in adult content must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of recording. Required age, identity, consent and recordkeeping documentation must be available before a production is commercially offered, including records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and/or § 2257A where those provisions apply. A production for which required documentation cannot be substantiated is not commercially offered through TSChristineXXX until the documentation issue has been resolved.
